Put these lists up somewhere visible as a reminder for when things feel difficult.

Start Small

Minimalism is a gradual process, and it doesn't happen overnight. Begin by focusing on one small area to declutter and minimize. Whether it's a shelf, drawer, or a specific room, starting small allows you to ease into the mindset of intentional living.

Get Rid of Trash
